先日、お友達にお料理を教えてもらいに行ってきました〜。
ちょうどバレンタイン前と言う事もあり、
リクエストしてロールケーキもお願いしちゃいました♪
The other day, I met my friend for learning cooking.
Since it was just before Valentine's Day,
I have requested how to cook the roll cake.
自分でやるとのろのろ作ってぐちゃ〜ってなったりするけど、
さすが料理の先生なだけあって手際がいい！！
When I cook for myself, I am very slow and mess!!
But look at her!
She is skillfully cooking teacher,so tidy and good indeed.
そしてこれができあがったロールケーキ。
左がイタリアの「サラメ・デル・レ」というチョコとカスタードのロールケーキ。
右は日本風のイチゴロールケーキ。
These are today's cake.
On the left side is Italian roll cake called “Salame del re”.
Inside cream is chocolate and custard.
Right side is Japanese style strawberry roll cake.
そしてこれはバラローロというワインを使ったリゾット。
ブロードというスープもちゃんと作ってリゾットに入れたので
とっても美味しかった〜。
This is risotto with barolo wine.
She made brodo (It is like soup stock) and used for risotto.
It was fantastic!!!
知らない事もあるのでとってもお勉強になりました♪
美味しい料理に美味しいワインに楽しい会話。
本当に楽しかった〜♡
I didn't know many things, so it was very helpful for me.
Yummy foods, tasty wine and nice conversations.
I had nice time very much♡
そしてバレンタイン用にケーキは持ち帰ったんですが、
主人、とても喜んでました！！！
ローソンのロールケーキが好きな彼なので、
やっぱり日本風の方が好きだったみたい。
また今度作ってあげようっと。
I brought roll cake for valentine's day,
my husband looked very happy!!!
He likes roll cake from Lawson (It's like news agent in Japan),
so he prefer strawberry one.
If I don't feel lazy I'm gonna cook them again for him...
I hope...
